That experience taught me one truth above all others: protecting people is not a box to tick for an audit — it is a responsibility we carry everywhere we go.

The world often treats Health, Safety and Environment as something that begins at the gate of a plant and ends at the end of a shift. I believe the opposite. The same awareness that prevents a dropped object offshore is the awareness that keeps a child safe at home, a driver alert on the road, and a community protected from pollution.
